I would really recommend Elite. They repaired my windows hours after calling them. Also Jim repaired my blind when he noticed it wasn’t catching correctly, which I hadn’t even asked for. The repair job was perfect. You will be taken care of with these guys!

We needed a safety screen installed for our reception area, we have customers walking directly in and wanted to protect our staff during covid. We found the team were very responsive and were impressed that they custom made the unit to fit our desk. The screen is hardly noticeable and has been receiving lots of compliments. Will be recommending to others.

Jim is a gentleman and helped fix our door when he happened to notice it needed a small adjustment as it was catching in the mat. That’s *completely* over and above the call of duty! I'm delighted with the service I received from Jim at Elite Windows. Excellent communication, arrived when he said he would, and he even checked back in with me the next day to enquire how things were since the work was completed. There is now (a week later) a very notable difference in the warmth of our home as promised by Jim. Worth every penny to get all the windows serviced and parts replaced where necessary (no more heat flying out the window!) There was no hassle as Jim and Maurice worked, I barely knew they were here. Jim and Breda both extremely helpful and responsive. Jim had great experience and pointed us in the right direction when it came to what was needed and the type of splashback. Breda in the office was lovely to deal with and very attentive. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who asks.

Super professional service. Jim very kindly fixed our turtle tank a few years ago when a crack appeared. Four years later, the tank is still going strong and we have some very happy turtles! Would highly recommend Elite Glass and would be more than happy to use them again in the future!
