Yet another global company cannot give a frequent customer through the years a simple answer to my question which was, what are opening times for Boxing Day, the manager at this station must know in advance workers available therefore it’s opening and closing times on this day, just simply putting in ‘times may vary, in this day and age is plane idle and not confirming or updating times is no use to absolutely any traveler.

I had my car tank refilled from here at night but the staff working in londis where you have to pay for fuel have Worst attitude..Try to skip it if you canBot recomended

Be careful buying anything from this petrol station just went in and found chicken wraps 3 days out of date still in the refrigerator told the guy working and I don't think he was bothered like he didn't care if a member of the public gets food poisoning

It is the cheapest BP around the area. Pumps were old but one of the best place to buy petrol around Chippenham and Melksham

Used the jet wash yesterday (27th December 2020) at approximately 4pm to wash car. Went through sequence of options including shampoo and brush with no issues. However, when it came to option 4 (rinse) it was a joke! Absolutely no pressure whatsoever, almost impossible to rinse any of the soap suds off, let alone all of them. Complete waste of time and £6.00 down the drain in the process. I reported it to the chap in the garage shop, but he didn't seem to understand or acknowledge what I was trying to tell him. It should either be fixed or taken out of service. Complete rip off!!!

This is supposed to be a 24h garage but try going here at 3 in the morning. Have to knock on the door to get staff to open the shop to buy fuel or food and end up waiting for 10 mins, thought it was shut. Probably they are just sleeping on the job. When you finally get served the staff are rude and are talking on their mobile phones whilst making the transaction at the checkout.

Hi, I was wondering if this is the correct procedure for the bp garage night staff, on Thursday the 12th of November at 2:51 am, my partner ordered a drink from the Costa machine but when it came put the milk smelled rancid, so we left it. We went to the till to purchase some tobacco, after being told we need to hurry up by the night staff member (we had only been in the shop for 5 minutes at this point, i bought 2 Pepsi max's and a bottle of captain Morgan spiced rum, when my partner came to the till he place my rum behind the counter after asking where the coffee was, at that point I said that the machine needed a clean as the coffee smelled bad, in fact the whole machine does, my partner decided to by some tobacco, and was also force by the member of staff to pay for the coffee that was not by any means fit for human consumption. Before he allowed her to do a separate transaction for the tobacco. He also said that we were not allowed to leave with out paying for the coffee but unfortunately I did not think to record at the time I did however get proof on recording of his arrogance to customers, I told him I was going to report him and his response is that he does not care. my partner being a woman with a height of only 5ft 3 was left intimidated and extremely upset by this and left the shop in tears after his rude word and behavior .

They cheat customers with non-existent promotions. After pointing out that the price is too high and the product is on offer, the seller still tries to charge the higher price. Zero respect for the customers. Prices are much higher for identical products than in other 24-hour stores. Avoid this place!!!

Don’t bother trying to ring their number... it sounds like it’s a fax. There’s no answer just a lot of high pitched beeping before it cuts you off. Bloody awful that there is no way to contact the garage. If I could of given no stars I would. Absolute joke!
