Nearly all staff are rude and totally uninterested In working. The Nepal looking older staff member is amazing but haven't seen him for a while which is a shame. Also a larger guy who will chat but again haven't seen him for some time... perhaps left due to being treated poorly due to the , miserable staff'!The drink machine is nearly always having a clean in the evening no matter what time we turn up...why not do this 20 minutes before closing? Toilets never have soap and usually dirty toilets. If staff don't want to turn up there to work then leave. Most are foreigners and just don't care let alone talk to customers. Shame as its not fair on the customers.

Staff are horrible and rude to customers! Very immature manager or so called supervisor who doesn't even know the value of customer service. We even had the 2 boys that were making the food disrespecting and laughing at us. Completely disgusted about their attitude!

Walked in with a rude atmosphere, Manager jake was very rude , the subs where falling apart , the bread was sliced wrong to the part that all the maintenance inside was all over the paper wrapper , when questioned if I could have a cup with some tap water , he replied with we don’t do it even though we had seen a whole stack of cups and also had given to previous customers, when also asking what salad I would like to have in the sub he said you are limited to 2 salads witch is not the case , I was very unhappy With the service and the food , manager also dropped equipment on the floor such as tongs and the toaster tray and carried on using it for my and other customers orders , witch is agin very unprofessional .

The two staff members behaved as if they were somehow annoyed with us ordering as much as 6 different sandwiches, urging us to make our choices and hurry up, despite nobody else queuing. Compared with other Subways, sandwiches were prepared with less care and were below of what we used to consider as Subway's standard. Staff members appeared to be very happy when we finally departed, being able to jump straight back to their chit-chat and ignoring everything else around them. Sadly, a rather unpleasant experience overall. We were there on 25 Nov 2022 around lunch time.

Great quality food. Tables and floor were dirty but when I mentioned it, the staff straight away came and cleaned up so that we could sit down. Only room for 12 people to sit down in the premises - we had to wait for a table as 2 lots of 2 people were sitting on both the 4 seater tables while the 2 seaters remained empty, but we were a group of 4 plus a pushchair! Didn't use the toilets so can't comment.

Torquay Harbour branch delivered good food and service, just not many seats inside so always a challenge to eat in!Visited again December 2020, loving the new loyalty app that replaces the old subcard, tried a Christmas sub, was delicious, no one else in the restaurant so happy days!

It's better than the other one at the top end of Torquay. The 3 stars is for the very helpful female member of staff and the beautiful view of the harbour from the outdoor seating because I got halfway down my sub and found that the end was rock hard staleSo won't be going there again

I walked in and I didn't even get an hello. Theni had to repeat my order three times. I asked for it as a meal and they only gave me a crisps and a sandwich. No drink. Won't go there again

Ordered for delivery with Uber eats, took nearly an hour (we weren’t too far from the restaurant) and when it arrived 2 items were missing from the order which was obviously annoying, food was okay but could’ve been better and was slightly cold. Wouldn’t recommend ordering delivery with this subway.
