Currently on holiday in the Falmouth area. Managed to drop my ebike and subsequently had an issue with the gear lever. Called EBike solutions and Darrell was with me in 30 minutes. Bike sorted in 5 minutes. Darrell was extremely knowledgable and experienced and a really nice guy. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended. When we move to Cornwall next year we will look Darrell up if we need anything done to the bikes.

Superb. Communicated well, turned up when he said he would, fixed my electric bike, tiny fault and replaced the brakes. Didn't try to over sell or over charge me. Very professional, experienced and friendly. Thank you very much.

Darrell arrived to the minute, when he said he would, picked the bike up from work and delivered it back the same day so I could ride home. Cracking service, bike is riding so smooth now. what more could you ask for?
