I had been experiencing issues with a lapwheel grinder for some time whereby the fuse kept blowing. The machine was imported from the US with a UK socket, but unfortunately many electricians did not want to inspect it. However, Jason from RPT Services immediately agreed to have a look at and test the machine for possible faults. He thoroughly inspected and tested the grinder -providing reassuring photos as evidence- and found the fault which he fixed immediately. Less than a week after dropping off the machine, it was ready for me to collect. This was a month ago and the grinder is working well. Delighted with the service and professionalism of RPTS.
