Please avoid this company like plague. 2.5 years after requesting building regulations drawings for our extension we still do not have these drawings approved. They take forever to respond to any questions when chased and when they finally do respond the responses are insufficient. They also selected an awful structural engineer called David Pickering who completely sabotaged our project by providing ridiculous calculations which do not meet the standards required by the council. Rex, the architect, who initially seemed nice was just extremely rude and shouted at me when I told him the Southend council has refused to work with them further and blamed the problems on us - even though it was the structural engineer who caused the major issues in the first place. They now have a bad reputation with the Southend council too after our epic failure so any work done by them will be reviewed with suspicion and lack of trust by the council’s engineers. We are now having to hire a new company to sort all this mess out for us.
