My son was recommended a certain solicitor with this form but never got to meet himGot to see 1 solicitor at police station who he likedSent his evidence over from texts of threats towards him and his partner plus many other things to send to cpsWas told case was going aheadFirst day courts and was told the original guy would be there but a diffrent gut again turns upPleaded not guilty and i asked how posibly with the evidence he sent can this case have come aroundWas told cps would not have opend his file as he the accused.??4 day before trial send him a letter asking him to come inIn the weeks before he been worrying as no real care been shown and no contactGuy he deali g with on holiday and no effort made to put him at easTold them he didnt want solicitor he seen in court but day of going to appointment was himBasically not giving any advice or showing any careMy son said he asked for original solicitor but was brushed ofTold them he not happy with the efforts this guy and lack of intreaste and said this is my life wile u sit there and walked outWas then told by them 3 day before court they would not represent himGiving him no time to get new solicitors and looking to defend himselfHe will have no evidence to hand as they still have it allThis firm is a no good firm who care notging about there clientsThey have left my son down at the very last minute knowing he could face prisonIf they did there job he would have been fineAnd i allso believe they did not send his evidence to the cps to look atAs his evidence was very strongTo say they would not have looked at it when they have to balance up tax payers money in my eyes leaves questions to be askedBefore even considering goldstones ask is the risk worth itEasy way out is all they wantAllso when i asked why they had not sent my son letters to come in earlier they said they hadHis letters come to my house and only had 1 for the dateThey allso said they tried desperately to get hold of him but when i asked about the device he was using to talk with me and why he had not used that to call my son as he had left lots of messagesHe was lost for words and said yes we could have phoned.They talk rubish and have no interestDo not use this firm

Wish I could post no stars... No one available to speak to on numerous occasions then receptionist asked me to ring Daniel (solicitor) back the receptionist thought I was on hold heard him say make her wait and put me through to voicemail said I will take my business elsewhere had a call straight away to persuade me to stay I didn't then they refused to give new solicitor paperwork so court had to get involved. Thankfully new solicitor is amazing.

Absolute shambles of a company to deal with! Either not available or not in work. part time"! Receptionist is so rude and unprofessional for a front of house of a solicitors. Constantly having to chase not keeping you updated Practically doing their job for them. For the amount of money that you pay certainly not worth the service that you get. Will NOT be using goldstones again!"

Crooked and certain that they work against you. Plus all those glowing reviews from anyone with the surname Davies is more than likely to be a relative of the owner of this shambles of a practice!

Rang a few times to speak to Daniel the solicitor the receptionist emailed him twice with my number.ber he never got back to me. Plus my solicitor rang Daniel spoke to him and said he will contact her back she never heard back either. Find other solicitors guys these are useless

This firm of solicitors used to have an excellent reputation, however this was a number of years ago. Now I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.I am now putting a complaint to the Law Society.
