Very helpful and knowledgeable. Sorted out the strimmer head on my brushcutter and also sorted out my fuel starvation problem on my B & S mower (replace Fuel Assembly Module). Really good guys.

Poulton's carried out an annual service early this spring on my lawn mower. as a result my mower ran like new. Recently I had a problem when my grandson filled the oil tank with petrol by mistake. When I phoned Poulton's for advise they were most helpful and told me how to rectify my problem. I have always found the owners and staff very knowledgeable relating to the products they sell and always friendly and polite.

I wish I had gone elsewhere. Took my Mountfield in for a service. Waited 2 months to have it returned. No communications whatsoever. It was down to me to call them to find out what was going on. Apparently due to a clutch cable being delayed from supplier. I could have bought the cable from amazon and had it here in a day! 2 months with no comms is not acceptable, I even went to the shop twice and was promised a phone call. to get an update - did I a call - nope. £144 bill - asked if there was a discount for the long delay - apparently £10 was applied. Outrageous.

I have known this shop for many years, they mainly sell garden machines, mowers, chainsaws, strimers, etc I have recently purchased a 5in1 multi tool! Very pleased. They also service garden machinery?
