Great aftercare following my recent annual service. The part I required was sourced and fitted within a week. Chloe was professional, polite and couldn’t have been more friendly.

Arrived with some fixed ideas of the new car I wanted. Had a good discussion and some ideas were modified. Sales Executive very helpful and prepared to explain until I was satisfied. Very positive experience. Very happy with new car.

Bought my 2nd Hyundai today and as per normal Chris Park was an absolute star. Handover was exceptional and all paperwork sorted. Thank you Chris for being patient with me, and for the coffee and the laughs. You are the best.x

Dreadful experience. Can't do attitude from the person in there. Answered the phone mid way through talking to us. Said it wasn't his fault they didn't have an ionic 5n which I appreciate it isn't but it was the way he handled it. Hyundai. If you are going to have premium cars you need better staff who are used to dealing with customers who expect to be treated respectfully and with professionalism.

My 19 plate Tucson developed a transmission fault. Read Hyundai Lincoln, via the AA had the car recovered to their dealership. They also arranged a fantastic courtesy car for me as part of the service agreement.Although the Tucson is four and a half years old the transmission fault was completely rectified under warranty without any fuss and with no charge to myself whatsoever.During the time my car was at the dealership I was kept fully informed at each step of the process.Upon collecting my car from Reads after it had been repaired I was delighted to find that they had even given it a wash.I really cannot speak highly enough of Read Hyundai Lincoln and the entire team of staff, Professional and friendly at the same time.Simply put, Service of the very highest standards.
