Not one to write reviews often but I must say I really enjoy coming here. Been twice this year and the team are very welcoming. Marcia was very tentative, she showed great attention to detail and hair colour knowledge. On my first arrival she sat down with me and talked me through which colours would suit my natural hair best - going above and beyond the service other salons I've visited in the past. Walking back through the door I felt very confident that I was going to be in safe hands. It's not always easy to find a salon that can do blonde ballyage well - so if that's what you're after I'd highly recommend!

Always get the best cut at this place... Staff are ace and marcia is amazing.. I wish she did mobile hair cuts as it would be amazing to get my hair cut at home. My kids love getting their hair done here also.

Everyone in Valencia is extremely helpful. From Trainee to the Hairdressers all are very caring, informative but also listen to what your needs. From the first visit to now, I have had excellent service and haircuts from my favourite.

First time here and certainly won't be the last. Logan did a full set of foils, he was so friendly and professional. The salon has a lovely feel to it.The colour is gorgeous, so natural looking. I think this is the best salon I have visited. Thank you.

A friend recommended Valencia to me 25 yrs ago when I wanted a total new look. Marcia, the owner, was inspirational, she gave me lots of ideas and advice. And i left the salon looking like a new woman. Over the years I've changed styles many times (always with input from the trusted Marcia) and never been disappointed. All the salon girls have done my hair at some point and you get the same quality and care, its a small friendly salon that makes you feel welcome. You dont have to chatter if thats not your thing. If you want to keep your style fresh - try this salon. Almost forgot to mention that the prices are good too!

The staff are always so welcoming and the venue is always spotless. I couldn't fault the hairdresser looking after my hair on my visit as she went out of her way to give me what I was after. I've been coming to Valencia for almost twenty four years and they've never disappointed

I had my hair done on Friday 4th May at Valencia, and couldn’t be more happy with what they did with my hair. My stylist Emma was amazing, and knew exactly what effect I wanted for my hair.I had a purple plum effect balayage going through my hair, and I absolutely love it. I will definitely be returning. Best hair salon I have been to in a long time, friendly and very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks so much Emma.

I did permanent straightening. It was told to me in the beginning that hair will be bit wavy after... It really looked gorgeous but after the first wash it was more wavy than told before.. visited the salon again and the hairdresser told it's perfect. To check they did wash my hair and did blow my hair, it was fabulous.. at home when I try to blow dry it's not perfect.. expected my hair to be straight but it more wavy than told earlier... Unhappy with my hair. The service was not worth the money .
