They even cleaned inside and out which I didn't expectPaul, the estimator even took an image of my car without the rear bumper on and sent it to me, just to confirm no other damage was found.Would highly recommend this repair centre to anyone.5 star from me

5 star service from a professional and efficient team.A shout out to Darren Batty for all his help with my issues with Sheffield Audi Bochum Parkway who unfortunately are not as professional or helpful.The superb repair team at JCT Hillsborough including Deborah and Paul need to advise the Aftersales Service team dealership at Audi Sheffield,Bochum parkway on how to provide excellent customer service.

Dan has been very professional and helpful. He is also very knowledgeable and knows how to get things right. He went above and beyond to make sure repairs to my vehicle are going smoothly by chasing third party engineers, updating me throughout the process and ordering custom parts to make sure that my car is returned to me in pre accident condition. I am really pleased with the repairs, spot on and communication was also excellent. Fantastic job, thank you!
