Having been let down really badly by a very well known national car repairers, I found this place. They fixed the problem, my car passed it's MOT and Auto Experts have gained another customer. Their service was great.I have been returning to Auto Experts ever since.They've just done another great job for me.The team of people working there are really friendly and honest. I went to get an estimate to have something done on my car and in the middle of their busy day they made time to have one of their Mechanics to drive around with me and diagnosed the problem my car had . I spoke to a lady and a gentleman in the office, and they were so pleasant, I would recommend this company just on my visit.

Avoid. Only cowboys can't quote you a fitting price. To be told they would charge for how ever long it takes means they can charge what ever they like. Find a more professional garage !!!You are talking to a qualified mechanic who can remove an engine. Strip it and rebuild it in a day. Funny thing. 2 other companies quoted for the job. One got the job and had no problem doing it in the time and for the price quoted.It was an auxillary belt. Not an exhaust manifold where the likely hood of a bolt snapping would apply. You will find car manufacturers give an estimated time and price for such jobs. If you was professional you would know this.

I have used this company for years, from when they were based in Chatham and have never in all that time been disappointed or over charged, always an excellent job for a fair price by very knowledgeable friendly people, and recently they went the extra mile to help me out of a situation, I cannot praise them enough for their excellent quality of work and really helpful attitude, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone whether you have a new vehicle or and aged beloved one like mine (that requires TLC) thank you to everyone at Auto Experts for being there.
