Shelby Auctioneers handled my first auction, won a 5 piece Technics separates. I am living very far from Leeds, many hours drive, however calling them solved everything. Not only they posted my lot at bargain price, but also i rarely saw so well-packed items they did to ensure no damage would happen.I can't be thankful enough for their effort! Thank you again and bases on my personal experience I highly recommend them!

Family run firm, with kind and very hard working team. They helped us clear the house of a family member which was chocked full of stuff with good spirits and humour, coping with the changes and delays due to Covid in addition. The Auction was well run and they were always patient with my many questions, never having needed this process before. Would definitely recommend.

Mark and his team were excellent when I recently had to clear my parents house. Mark is very honest and professional. The loft was jammed to the rafters and the team methodically cleared it. It was such a relief and I can’t thank them enough for their sensitivity and hard work.

I’ve used Mark and his team twice now prior to selling relatives’ houses and I highly recommend them. Both times he has visited the house, taken away what he can auction and then cleared the rest of the house in an extremely efficient and professional manner. Each house was given a thorough clean afterwards and left securely and in a pristine condition. Any proceeds from the auction have then been forwarded to the relevant bank account. I would not hesitate to use Mark’s services again.

I can honestly say after 15 years of buying at auctions for our business that was the best service we've ever received. Having purchased 15 lots we were told they would be sent at cost. This is unheard of to me as most auction houses would've charged circa £100 for what we purchased hence why we don't use them. We were billed just over £10 which is unbelievable value for money hence why we bought more items.why can't more auction houses realise its good business sense to promote multiple purchases which in turn pushes the realised prices up. Our items arrived within 2 days and were very well packaged. Superb service all round
