Parents got new boiler and had a problem with the heat, we were actually recommended this company, This cowboy turns up,temporarily fixed the problem and never returned, anytime dad phoned, he was away, it was even his birthday, then when their boiler stopped this morning he was phones again to reply with he had retired! Like wow! So, got an honest guy to call and fix it, he found out straight away what the problem was. Dromore boiler services had helped themselves to the brand new burner and replaced it with a model about 5 years older!! No wonder it packed up! Only good side was for some strange reason dromore boiler service wouldnt accept payment? But I suppose helping yourself to a new burner and replacing it with a piece of old rubbish was payment enough.
