I went to Sagun Beauty today for multiple treatments and the experience was amazing. Staff are very polite and well organised. The lady that did my treatment was called Rav. She was very respectful and did the treatment very well. The treatment she did was perfect. I would really recommend Sagun Beauty and I am definitely going to be going back for treatment again. Unprofessional service from the owner who continued a telephone conversation with her mother in India whilst doing my pedicure treatment. She only stopped the conversation when I told her she was being unprofessional. I have never come across this in all the years of having pedicures in any salon. And this was the owner too!For this reason I will not be returning.If this happens to you please mention it in the reviews. There are plenty of other salons in town where you're treated in a more respectful way.
