We bought a new Jaguar Ipace nearly two years ago dealing with Frankie Jerome. He was really helpful professional and fair. We would definitely go back to him if we ever wanted to buy another Jaguar. Top salesman. Unfortunately the car was faulty from the start and the service from the garage WSC not what it should be. I realise that there is a nationwide problem with lack of EV engineers and I understand the frustration this must cause customer facing staff who seem to be worked off their feet. We finally rejected the car and received a settlement from JLR Finance. Her again by contacting Frankie and David Lake this stressful process was mitigated and I admired the understand and fairness shown by them under difficult circumstances. I would give the sales team 5 stars but feel the service structure needs attention. The customer facing staff are under immense pressure from the poor performance of the workshop

Just wanted to say what an incredible experience I had dealing with everyone from start to finish. I was lucky enough to win a jaguar F type for a weekend and from the moment I turned up to the moment I returned it I was treated with kindness and everyone so helpful and genuinely happy to help. A special thank you to David Lake who arranged the whole thing and I’d highly recommend using this dealership, I certainly will when I get my next car

Had my F-Pace serviced and all brake discs and pads replaced. Work was done in under a few hours and the vehicle was immaculate when it was returned. All the people there are professional and polite, it's a pleasure to deal with them.

Firstly- I don’t think any of them actually know the cars they work on! Took 3 calls to finally get a semi decent answer as to why my service light came on a year earlier…ranging from “call jaguar assist” to finally acknowledging that it was asking for an oil change…as others have said I chose to go to Jaguar Brentwood as half the price, but just as useless who couldn’t reset the service light..back I go to Southend (who I bought the car from in Jan!) who wanted £240 to run a diagnostics and couldn’t book me in for another month!!!…2 minutes and a YouTube video later I sorted it myself…don’t use, go to an independent….

A big thank you to Aaron Pallett who recently sold us our Jaguar F-Pace. He did so without any of the usual salesman pitch, just honest knowledge about the car and an authenticity to ensure we were completely happy with everything. We live over 80 miles away and he even sent us a personalised video of the car before we viewed it, and picked us up from the train station when we came to collect, which was much appreciated. We can’t wait to use the car for our growing family, thanks again Aaron!

We recently purchased a new Jaguar F-Pace from Group 1 Jaguar Southend and it was a great experience throughout the whole process. The Sales Executive, Gary Lane, was extremely helpful and when he offered us a cancelled order that was available immediately, is was too good an offer to turn down, even though it wasn't the specification we would have chosen..... it was better!!.The collection of the car was also expedited by a colleague, William Underwood, who made himself available to complete the handover a day earlier for us. This was much appreciated and helped to make the overall purchasing experience of our new Jaguar F-Pace, very enjoyable.I would thoroughly recommend using Group 1 Southend and will certainly look to buy again with them. Thank you :)

I paid for a master service on my car and requested the complimentary wash and vacuum service on offer. When I collected the car it had not been cleaned or vacuumed. The next day my tyre pressure warning light came on. All four tyres needed inflating. A few days later I received a call from the dealership informing me that not all of the work for the service had been carried out and that I needed to return the car for this to be done.I would not recommend this dealership to an enemy let alone friends or family.

I've had 2 very positive experience's with JLR Southend over the years (hence the 2 stars), but I've found the sales staff to be quite rude recently, one called me to sell their service packages and then hung up on me whilst I was querying a price, I assume they felt they weren't going to get a sale and wanted to move onto the next call.

I have had the worst service from Group1 Jaguar today. Not only are they far more expensive than Grange Brentwood and Lookers Chelmsford on service. When asked to justify double the cost the reply was like the David Walliams sketch Computer says No!!I asked for a manager to call me and chased the request via email and additional calls but no return call. I then decided after 6 hours to return to the dealership and collect my car.When I arrived I expressed my disappointment and was introduced to a manager who was obviously trained in the same place as the first person I spoke with on the phone.No level of service no real apologies for the lack of service I won't now be getting my cars serviced or purchase any new cars from Group 1 Jaguar.
