Just picked up my new Austral and enjoying the car so far. Want to thank Hendy Renault and especially Finn for their patience with me due to there being a delay due to having to get my current car fixed and that taking a while, however once that was all sorted the handover to the new car was done super efficiently. Finn was accommodating to the changes I made after the initial sale once the accessories had been released for which I am grateful!

I Have just purchased a new Austral from Hendy Renault Tunbridge Wells….What a pleasant experience, I’ve never had a Renault before, but my salesman Joe couldn’t have been any more helpful, he was fantastic !Explaining everything I asked or needed to know, he kept in regular contact from ordering to delivery. Sam was superb. He rose to greet me and was friendly from the start. He answered all my questions honestly and clearly and even taught me about number plates!I purchased a car in Forest Row that had Tunbridge Wells on the plate but was sold initially in Norwich. It was replated in 2010 in Tunbridge Wells, so was great to return it there!Thank you, Sam!

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Finn who has handled all of my queries. Very happy I decided to buy my car from here. Excellent customer service and I actually love the fact you receive an ‘out of office’ email if the person you have contacted is not currently available, really puts your mind at ease! Would definitely recommend this dealership!

I'm on my second Megane and we now also have a Zoe. Hendy service has always been very helpful and committed to a great job. Yesterday we needed some help to investigate a charging problem with the Zoe and although we had not booked the car in Graham was enormously helpful in sorting the cause (turns out it was our home charger - so no fault for Renault). Graham went above and beyond. We'll be back!

Hendy Renault Tunbridge Wells - We as a family have had cars from here for many years due to the good service we have received. At one time we had 8 cars within the immediate family bought from here! My latest purchase (Austral Iconic) was handled by Finn and he was very helpful, knowledgable and informative at all times from ordering to delivery, as he was with my last car, and my wifes 'new' car bought more or less at the same time as my Austral. Tom was very helpful and flexible with tailoring the finance, and Sam was knowledgable and clear when 'handing over' the car - though he has a questionable taste in colour for the ambient lighting!! lolThoroughly recommended.Steve
