The practice is ok, staff are nice but prices are very dear.

Friendly atmosphere, attentive staff. They provided the necessary services, recommended what was best, what was more effective in our case for a cat.

Staff are always brilliant the place does not look pretty but it's a vets and they certainly love animals and know what they are doing and the reason I registered here is because all the reviews are mega...the reason is they really are the best vets!

Heaton Chapel is not my usual vet practice. However, Chorlton had no vet or triage nurse in today and my dog had an extremely sore nail and infection. They were very kind and managed to squeeze us in today, even though everywhere was fully booked. Danielle was amazing holding my boy who was upset and in pain and Nancy the vet was also fantastic managing to cut his mail. Thanks to them, my boy is now not going to be left unseen or having to go to emergency vets over the long weekend. I am so grateful and impressed with how amazing they both were, with a dog they had never met. My dog is a pug and when distressed his breathing is not good, they were so mindful of this and I knew he was in safe hands. Thank you again!

Care for my dogs has been as good as I could hope for. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the poor condition of the waiting and consulting rooms.
