Must have caught them on a bad day. Treated my garment like it was full of dirt; it may be old but needs a new life. Direct why they would not do the job. Well I will not go back. Just good for some alterations snd lack of customer services skills. Hope it was a bad day only.

Popped in today to get a bit of stitching repaired on a jacket. I received great service from the lady in the shop. My jacket was sorted within an hour and for a very reasonable price. The work is top quality too!

I took a jacket in to have a zip investigates for repair. A week later I went in and the woman in the shop said she didn’t know anything about it. She discovered it stuffed under the counter with no message or repair. I went in 2 weeks later and the same woman said she knew nothing about it and it was STILL stuffed under the counter with no repair or message!This is not the first time I have had dealings with them. Last time they were miserable, snappy and impatient. I hoped they had improved. They haven’t. I’ve now gone to Pinpoint in Old Eldon Square. Already I feel happier!

I went there to simply cut some curtains to a certain length. The price was unreasonably high and she even said to go to a charity shop to search for a stitching machine. She does not like possibly to work with non British people. What a shame!

Went in today to see if the lady could alter my curtains and she was very rude. Didn’t even want to listen to what I was saying, didn’t want to give me the time of day and basically just refused to help me because she is going on holiday next week and had no time. I explained I’m not in a rush and if she could please help me as I had even brought the old pair of curtains to show her so she knew what to do with the new curtains I wanted altered. Would avoid this place if you’re used to polite and professional tailors
