Can't recommend highly enough, they always respond quickly and solve the problem, they enable me to continue with my job by sorting out any tech issues, absolute life savers and nice people to deal with :)

I am a one-man medical business user, using only a MacBook Pro. Appletec has, for more than 16 years, cared for all my computer requirements including computer purchases, repairs, memory upgrades and hardware advice. Computer problems are always immediate but Jason, Sue and Rob are always ready to assist at short notice – and with a friendly word or smile. I do not go anywhere else for MacBook Pro advice and help.

Appletec have come to my rescue twice during working from home in lockdown, firstly with viruses on my computer (I had 35 apparently!) then when I locked myself out of my emails. Both times they had me up and running within hours. Rob literally has the patience of a saint, I had more passwords to get into my numerous emails than they have to release the crown jewels. appletec and the Team are nothing short of AMAZING! I have had the pleasure of them as my technical support contractors since 2008! Not only are they excellent at their jobs and can fix anything and everything in what seems like no time at all; always going above and beyond, they are also very relaxed and make light of what can be sometimes stressful situations whilst remaining focused and professional as technology seems to fail you with your impending deadlines - then it's all back going again in a jiffy! Jason, Sue and Rob can always make me laugh at the drop of a hat and knowing they have my back is very reassuring! Appletec are quick and efficient, they're support team are all one phone call or one email away from helping resolve a problem.I sent my Macbook Pro in for repair on a monday and received it back on Wednesday fully repaired, I also sent an iMac in for repair and received it back two days later working better than before.They always try and troubleshoot the problem before asking to send your device in for repair. Would recommend them to my friends and family.
