Fantastic service from start to finish. These guys done a full ofch install for us. The workmanship is next to none. Lads were great crack and a pleasure to have in the house. Would highly recommend this firm. It's hard to get good plumbers and we struck gold with this company

I made two appointments with this firm and they didn't bother to turn up for either of them; nor did they telephone to reschedule. I had to take time off work to wait for them. I have a disabled child and really need a reliable firm. I can not recommend this company.

I used this company to install my gas heating, I.have had problems since day 1! Getting them to answer the phone to you or come out is a nitemare it seems to be they dnt want to know if theres problems, after 3 years of coming out a few times and doing very little George himself told me there was nothing he could do to help me and left me with 3 radiators not working in my house!!! I now have to pay someone else to fix this problem which has been there for 5 years, turns out George Nelson even fitted a filter that wasnt big enough for my heating system and that's why I've been having all these problems you would think he would know these things, clearly not!! Please dnt use this company cause if you have problems they wont want to know!!!

Finally got through to them after days of tryin and said they said we will be out tomorrow waited in for them not to arrive getting sick of this company

They installed my gas boiler three years ago and a year later I rang several times to get a service but they never got back to me even though they said they would. I gave up and got someone else. Then recently I needed to get a fan on the boiler replaced. It was under warranty so I got it replaced by the manufacturer who noticed that the boiler was not connected to a permanent electrical supply as per manufacturer instructions and as a result would lead to reduction in the lifetime of boiler components. So Nelson Heating didn't install it correctly and I rang them about it, said they would get back but of course they never did. I got it resolved by someone else. I will never be dealing with this company again and based on my experience I would not recommend them.

Their customer service is appaling. I called them 6 times to ask them to fix my dented radiator, they said they will call me back and they never did.Also they made a serious mess by installing my radiator onto a wall with the wrong screws. As a result, the radiator fell few months later, it's tube broke and flooded the living room. And the after-hour service they offer? Non existent
