An amazing place and the owner is just fantastic! I've been coming for 10 years and even used this wonderful place while still living in London!! Friendly, good prices and the girls know their stuff! I'm in love with the longer lasting eyebrow tint it's the best!Looking forward to my next visit x

Lady suggested eyebrow tint which I agreed to then charged 15 for threading and tint. After paying I questioned the price as it clearly states £6 each. She then advised that because I had long lasting colour that it was dearer. At no point did she explain the difference in price. She gave me a refund of the extra charge which is not advertised anywhere. Be careful false advertising.

I have had my eyebrows done here previously and been very happy with them. Today I went and very clearly explained that I was happy with the thickness as I have spent the last 2 years letting them grow our and only want them neatened up. The lady said about the scar in my eyebrow and said should she take a few from the corner as it would be more even. I agreed and felt listened too and thought she understood what I wanted. She didn’t. My eyebrows are now completely uneven and very thin (thinner in places than what I have just grown them back from). They also now start too far from my nose. She has also caught my skin in multiple places. I do not recommend this place at all!! I wish I had seen the review on here about the older lady with glasses as it was the same lady.

Asked to tidy eyebrows, and keep shape as is. Instead made eyebrows way too thin, and lost shape. Not happy considering how thick I have been growing them.I avoided this because this happened with the same lady (the older one with glasses) a couple years ago - made them too thin, and thought I'd give another chance and again has made them too thin for my liking.Also can see how one is much thinner than the other.

So bad at doing eyebrows literally had to go home and re do them myself cause there was so many hair that were not threaded around the eyebrows and outside the shape like what am I even pay for? Go somewhere else they will do your eyebrows so much better

Threaded way too thin, uneven and patchy, I was left with longer whispey bits too where not trimmed properly, when I went in I said I was happy with the thickness, the shape just needed putting back in but I came away with wonky and uneven eyebrows! One is actually smaller and further out at the bridge of my nose than the other, I asked for my money back and won't be going there again! Graduation is in 2 weeks and my eyebrows are a mess, I don't wear makeup but now I have to draw bits back on. Major disappointment.
