Very unprofessional. Does not respond to messages or calls, have been let down twice now by this gentleman. Does not turn up when he says he will and there is no courtesy to even inform that he will not be able to attend. Our own fault really for trusting someone who has let us down once to think that will not do it the second time.Appalling!!
