Today was my first time and my theripist was also started just today and i felt really nervers when i was for a few minuets the nerves went my theripist was polite professional and pataint i and cant fault my tueripsit is the best

Saved me. Can’t fault the service, genuine care and knowledge. Being about to break down what you’re saying with empathy and retrain your brain to like itself after 24 years of self hate.

Unhelpful, unskilled and incautiousIn the last 4 years, I have reached out to these guys twice, to help me out with my struggles and in total I had aprox 20 sessions.Sadly, both occasions been nothing, but waste of time.The therapists were insensitive and not understanding.So many times I have explained my situation to the therapists, I am suffering from anxiety, depression and 0 confident. I get super angry and super soft very easy, I find it difficult to express my feelings in appropriate ways. These affect my work, study and social life. Pulse In the result of these, I have been lonely for the last 8 years( that time was 5 years). One of the therapists told me “ you don’t look it!” Mate, These conditions are intangible, you can’t see for feel them! It is not a spot on my forehead to see it! It is not a chopped off arm to so you see it! You need to listen and understand me!The reason I write this, first-because my situation has gotten worse! Second-I believe with the right help I could have been in much better mental state by now, if I have gotten the right help 4 years ago!Lastly, I hope you are take the duty of helping other SERIOUSLY and not disappointing anyone else, like you did to me! This is NO JOKE!
