Ray responded within half an hour of me contacting him and confirmed he would be over to check what the problem was the next day. He was on time, and efficient and ordered the part i needed.He returned as soon as the part arrived and fixed the oven quickly and efficiently.I would highly recommend Appliance Care Plus.

Our dishwasher was not working today (Sunday) and we found what we thought was a broken part in the sump. I sent an email with two photographs on Sunday afternoon and said I would telephone on Monday morning. I was really surprised to receive a reply, telling us what to do, and following the instructions, my husband managed to put the piece back in place. The dishwasher is now working. Amazing service. We will definitely use Ray if any appliances need repairs.

Ray was very quick to call after I described the problems. He said the machine was worth repairing and came out 30 minutes later. He seemed very professional, spent an hour cleaning a blocked filter but left without addressing the problems of a squeaking drum and a grinding noise when spinning. After spending £90 I still have an unusable machine. Said he will call in when next in the area but has not responded to an email asking when that would be. Disappointed as he was highly recommended.

Ray firstly replaced the door seal on the washing machine which he did quickly and professionally, then the fan oven packed up and Ray came the next day diagnosed it and replaced the part and now the oven is quieter than it’s ever been, thanks Ray

Phoned about 9.30 and by 12.00 on the same day the cooker was repaired. Ray was very friendly and efficient. Very happy to recommend or use again.

Washing machine broke down at the worst possible time when I was just out of hospital after surgery. My husband rang Ray and he came around and fixed the problem the same afternoon. Very pleased with responsivness, effectiveness and value. Would recommend. Val Turner

Great service! Responded promptly to email on Friday (and said he wouldn't fix if it wasn't cost effective on a 15 year old machine!), came Monday and returned Tuesday with part, all done and fixed by 10am! Very reasonable price. Nice man, felt safe him fixing my mum's machine. Top class, would definitely use again. Thank you!
