This shop is the best.....heading home from Inverness on a Sunday afternoon, realised forgot to buy a hand saw, rang Patterson's at 10 to 5 asking if they had and when they closed...the guy kept the shop open late for us to get there and saved our day. What a star, great customer service, and went above and beyond. If there were a 6 star option this place deserves it.

Personally even one start is too much for the shady shop! Sells vapes to under age kids or has them taking them to sell to other kids for him!! Also been selling fake fags to kids!!Opens his shop outwith there opening hours to sell vaoes and cigarettes to young kids!! Absolutly discusting behaviour and needs close down, dont belibe me? Go look on the highland council website where he was cited by trading standards and reported to police regarding his vape sales to kids and fake cigarettes

I spent alot of money in this shop over the years but never again, as the owner blatantly sells vapes to kids. Profit over the health of children! Don't use it, there's another hardware shop next door.

The best hardware store there is.Customer service excellent.if they don't have it in stock they will get for you.Also their prices are very reasonable.
