Had expectations coming here, first of all “CASH ONLY” who carries cash really they tell you go up the road to the post office get cash.Food is just below average everything you order comes on the sizzle plate it’s piping hot, it’s so hot you can’t really taste the food and in addition to that you don’t get dinner plates either, no new cutlery after starters so had to keep my starter ones to have my mains, the steaks we had were really thin like butterfly steaks, any extras you ask for just gets chucked on the sizzle plate, the steam vegetables is just a waste of money don’t bother. Last of all the service yes it was flowing fairly busy not that the staff were rushed but the service is actually very poor apart from the young lad who greeted us with the glasses wearing combats, no one asked if we wanted drink, no new cutlery, meals were asked after we had finished the tables were not cleared also it’s pay at till at the end. The toilets need a good clean too not a very pleasant sight,These are things I’m sure the management can iron out.

Staff are either deliberately trying to avoid customers or busy speaking to each other. No one takes your order unless you manage to get their attention which is a task in itself. Food items which were ordered were missing even when the staff member was made aware these items still did not arrive. It feels like you are an inconvenience to the staff when you are in the restaurant. Overall the food is okay but definitely need better staff who are trained, able and enthusiastic about working in a restaurant environment .

Extra star's for service and atmosphere. Went here when it first opened and was disappointed, returned back after year's recently and not much has changed apart from the decor. The food is low quality, what i would describe as desi steak. Everything is still whacked onto a sizzler with the steak on top. The chips turned to mush as well as the not so spicy rice under the steak which was rubbery for a medium done steak. The wings must have come off a dead anorexic chicken that was battered until blue! Still cash only in this day and age

Awful! My sis was visiting from America with her children after 7 years. The kids are teenagers and I was looking forward to treating them here. How awful! I ordered prawns. I wanted to change my order within 3 minutes but was told that they started cooking the prawn. With my hospitality experience, you don’t cook the dish that takes the least time first. The prawns were of course over cooked. They came with a dry mash. The menu stated the dish included vegetables. I was expecting a bit more than 2 beans/peas. I sent this back( With a promise to pay which I kept). My niece ordered fish which was over fried. We paid £100 for this.

Salma , such excellent service and good manners Thankyou you have so much patience and because of you we would come back again. We had the rumpsteak T-bone steak and toroz special. The pasta is so good.

Came with friends, seated straight away.The seats are far too close to each other and thr areas at the back which were pretty empty were not available to us for some reason.The service was good and the food arrived very quickly.The rib eye was cooked very well and tasted great, they serve the steak on a sizzler so everything is too hot, so separate plates are a must.Cash only too.Overall was good experience.

We went last week. We had to wait 5 minutes outside for a empty table. Food was average. The service was terrible. Maybe it was just our waiter, everything we asked for, we had to ask 2-3 times. A chain steak house would have been better. They just took forever to serve us or at least acknowledge our presence in the there. Kids were very frustrated, when they were not giving them ice-cream. I had to go to the counter for complain. What a waste of time and money.
