Working here is absolutely delightful. We are always welcomed with a friendly face and are helped with any issues we may have. The centre manager Fiona is amazing and takes her job very seriously. Her customer service is impeccable! I can not fault her! She really does make you feel like you're with a friend. Coming into work isn't a chore when you are with Citibase.

Just want to say how appreciative I am of Fiona Broadbent's continual hardwork at Palace Street. Fiona has met all our requirements efficiently, expeditiously and always with a smile. There is nothing that I have requested, that she has not seen to a successful conclusion and although sometimes not within her own remit, has managed to personally handle to ensure our customer satisfaction. Citibase must be very proud to have such a loyal member of their team.

citibase London Victoria is a very pleasant and efficient serviced operation to work from in the West End of London largely thanks to the bubbly enthusiasms of Fiona Broadbent as the de facto COO of the building!When problems present themselves,solutions are quickly found and dealt with dispatch and enthusiasm.....
