Bought four new tyres for my Range Rover. Three fine but one with a cut in the sidewall. I have messaged and called at least 20 times. Each time Ethan says he is going to issue a refund for the tyre but never does and clearly he has no intention ever to do so. I will be taking this further. Beware this business and this owner.Latest update 26/4/2023. After promising the refund on multiple occasions and failing to make payment I have now started a claim under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Watch this space for more updates.
