I have dealt with Oceans Solicitors for my BTL purchase. It has been absolute pleasure working with them in terms of professionalism, prompt updates when requested.They have been very patiently dealing with my case, which went unusually longer than expected.However, there is a little bit of proactive updates and slightly more explanatory in terms of layman terms would have been absolutely wonderful.If possible I would have provided 4.5 stars

Terrible experience from start to finish and beyond! Awful communication throughout the purchase process, attitude from staff and worst of all you could tell that they really did not care about us as customers. Constant blame games and diversionary tactics to avoid any accountability.Avoid.
