I bought a car 23/05/2022, paid same dayToday 26/05/2022- I booked for collectionInvoice said 3 days to pay and 3 days to collectToday I received an email for latePayment/collection charge of £12.I spoken to them, they said I paid straight afterWinning- so I need to pay to release the car.Collection driver on the way.Even the lady acknowledged- this is unfair.I think - too much greedy for money.They charged more than every auction.I’m always pay on time. Dangerous place to buy your cars from. Never buy from BCA. Fake reports. Every car has a fault which never be's stated. There Checking staff haven't got a clue bout cars they ride bikes. Beware otherwise you got a big bill with your car purchase. Good luck.

Not even worthy of one star. Went to collect vehicle. They had lost the key. Waited around 90 minutes couldn’t find key. (No spare either) very rude branch manager (James Mears) didn’t offer anything apart from they will try finding the key....how long is a piece of string BCA!! Asked for refund as I’m already out of pocket with a failed pick up. Said not possible. Then finally agreed 48 hours to find key if not then will refund. If found key then free delivery within 5 working days. 72 hours later don’t hear anything. Had to chase up. Said found key, have to wait Up to ten days for delivery. Asked for some money back to compensate me. Told not possible. No call back from manager James. All he is managing is a bunch of clowns.

Never buy cars from BCA Enfield base they’re cut corners the staff don’t know the difference between a glove box and gear box the report was all green on the essential report soon as I got home so many faults occurred they cut corners never buy from here

Went during these covid times, only thing is you need to park outside and there’s a single yellow line. Luckily I had someone with me but that’s not convenient if you don’t have a partner in the car and get a ticket.Other than that, we booked a time slot and the car came quickly and staff were helpful.

I bought a car after an accident, the previous repair was done very badly, I saw it only after payment. BCA assured does not cover this. I'm disappointed.

Sort out your collection 1 and half hours waiting in the freezing cold . Why not like all the other bca branches have the cars that you know are going to be collected that day ready, cause we have to book a slot with you lined up ready to go , simple . As well why not give the poor woman in the cabin a card machine to take payments for your made up storage charges , simple things which would make your CUSTOMER have less hassle which would make your staff get less grief from said CUSTOMER. The management of this site need to take a look at the other sites and see how to do it properly . Give measham a ring im sure they would help u, 10 mins for collection not 1 half hours

Good cars are pre selected for showrooms only the faulty ones go to the hall.
