Mind Over Matter

Trevor is my Hypnotherapy mentor and friend. I'm not all that long qualified, and whenever I encounter something new, or need a boost, I turn to Trevor for advice. His passion for and knowledge of Hypnotherapy makes him invaluable to me.

I went to see Trev initially to conquer my fear of flying as I felt it was holding me back. I had 5 sessions with him and even after the first one I felt he had changed my life. Not only did he work on my fear of flying but he took away many other anxieties I had in my life and has made me feel like a new person.
