Vets4Pets - Cannock

Annual check up for my half blind labrador who hates the vets. All ok until nail clip which she is scared of.then the lovely nurse was so kind and understanding .always had first class service here

Had an appointment for 4.40. We had a notification saying we had missed our appointment for 11am., they said they could fit us in at 3.30. Got there at 3.25. Didn't get to see the vet till 4.05.After all this we legitimately had an appointment for 4.40. Had the proof too. As a veterinary practice, I don't rate this place much. Glad it's not my dogs vets. It's my sons vets for his dog.

Just had the worst experience today. Took my dog to have her ears checked and the vet didn't seem to be comfortable around a big dog or make any efforts to bond. We were trying to keep her still for her ears to be checked and then she says with an arrogant tone that she couldn't do anything if she couldn't see it, what is true but she was so rude and had no patience. Even not being able to check my dog's ears she gave us two options of treatments and we chose one. Minutes after she comes back to the room with the two receptionists to help her (or do the hard work) and puts a muzzle on my dog to take her to another room with the two ladies without giving us an explanation, we thought she was gonna try and check her ears again... They take ages there until she comes and says we need you"

We are new to vets 4 pets, we have been with other practices before this was recommended.The breakdown of the bill for the treatment was great all there in black and white no hidden surprises.Lovely staff members across the practice and very knowledgeable .

This vets will go the extra mile for you and your pet, wouldn’t use anywhere else. They have been fantastic throughout!

Such a friendly atmosphere where my nervous dog and I felt very comfortable. The vet was lovely and showed genuine interest in him, taking time to discuss his health and explain about everything she needed to do. Sympathetic, compassionate and understanding of his background and a million times better than the practice we used for our previous dog where nobody seemed bothered and I was always made to feel like a bad parent. Thank you Veta4Pets for being brilliant.

Would like to say they done a brilliant job with my little dog ebony today in the removel of her teeth very friendly staff

I was really impressed. The vet was lovely and my 12 year old Pug has got a new lease of life with the medication she was given. Thank you so much Grace.
