If I could give this place a 0, I would.Went there for a quick meal and honestly never felt so unsafe in my life- All the high-school chavs group there. The food was just sad honestly, flat tossed together burger and overly salted fries: honestly would not recommend this place at all.

Ordering machines don't work unless you nearly punch them. Generally the printers don't work. Staff arent bothered about helping and because of the stupid counter layout meaning there's only 1 staff member near the counter and they have to sort both delivery and in person orders.Most staff don't speak English either so god help you having your request understood.One of the worst McDonalds in the UK.

Very disappointed. Sat down I’m McDonald’s in town, very busy. Ordered on the machine and printer not working didn’t give the receipt. Very smelly on the left side of the entrance so had to change seat. Tables dirty and seats aswell. Floor very dirty. Lettuce was a bit old and burger half cold, I guess from being left on the side till I asked the lady to call my number. All other McDonald’s near Weston Favell as well as near Morrison have the station for ketchup and bbq sauce but here apparently need to buy it ? Asked the staff aswell as the manager but on this one that’s how they do it … have to buy your own sauce … very money driven and not felt the customer welcomed at all. I very often go McDonald’s and kids enjoy it but in town centre I’ll never go again…. :(

Was pretty busy and felt that the seating area and waiting area is too cramped for this specific store, it has improved with the barriers** and food was ordered and received quickly and was also nice and tasty and did manage to find a seat, relatively clean but always feel uncomfortable in this restaurant due to the busy and compact feeling.

Shocked me to hear someone on the tannoy when there was trouble in the restaurant . Letting everyone know the police were on their way . Was a little disturbing small children present too. I understand it's a distraction, but it made the customers feel uneasy.

The food is of usual McDonalds standards. But the layout is weird. Sometimes they hand over the food in the main part of the branch and sometimes hidden from behind a pillar. It needs to be sorted out so it’s easier for people to navigate.

As this is in the town centre, it is more crowded and busy. Staff doing best. But Mcdonald's, away from the town centre, is a little better and more relaxed than this place. All because this is in the town centre.

Sorry but won't be going back anymore. Every time I go in now there's ALWAYS trouble and nobody does anything apart from any annoying tannoy announcement. Also the chips- whats going on - half a portion in a large container and all of a sudden the staff dont wanna know.
