My personal experience of Cyclehoop as a company is they great to deal with. Their communication and speed that they respond to enquiries is fast. They dealt with my request straight away and in a professional manner, very refreshing to have such good customer service.Throughly recommend them and their service if you are looking for Cycle storage.

Cycle Hoop have been absolutely great. I have been looking for a bike hangar for over three years and recently acquired one. Martina couldn’t have been more helpful. This has been such a lovely experience. I really hope that I get to see more and more bike hangars all around London.

I’m a keen cyclist and just moved to a new flat with no bike storage. All the bike hangars close by have long waiting lists. When I phoned cycle hoop, Martina was so helpful. She told me how the system worked and what to do to maximise my chances of getting a spot. It was lovely to speak to a friendly and well informed human. Still no space but with patience hopefully one will be available soon.

As a two bike household. I was excited when Cyclehoop began installing bike hangars all over Walthamstow. The process to get a place was easy and now I have my bike installed. I use it pretty much every day and saves my hallway from getting scratched and I know that it is in a secure place too. I am really pleased with the service that I have got from Cyclehoop. Simon .

I've been a customer for 7 years and have 2 lockers for our household, completely secure and perfect for people who can't store bikes in the home.We are moving house and the customer service has been nothing short of exceptional. I felt the staff really went out of their way to help me.

I love my CycleHoop bike hanger! I think it’s a great initiative but it’s also simple and good value. When I wanted to switch hangers to a new one closer to my home, the customer service has been particularly good (especially Anna) and is one of the best most thoughtful and thorough experiences I’ve had when talking to any company. Really enjoyed my dealing with them.
