I haven't been to farmfoods in a good while but I will definitely be going back to do my full shop. It was a lot bigger than I was expecting so there was so much choice with a great range of prices too. Literally something for everyone. The shop itself was kept really clean and the shelves were all stocked and tidy. The staff were very helpful and friendly aswell. I can't wait to go back.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My mum and I went into farm foods this afternoon and spent almost an hour shopping, then when paying the till assistant accidentally took £5 off the shopping and was unable to correct it. After waiting 15mins for another member of staff to come out on the phone stating they would need to rescan all the shopping again to readd the £5. Disgusting. Will not be returning again.

Ran out after me across the car park demanding to see in my bag, after I left cause they didn't have what I wanted. I hadn't stolen anything and I don't appreciate being accosted outside in public. I know your store doesn't own the carpark. You had no right to stop me like that. And then she ran off back at the store without so much as an apology. Need to retrain your staff.Will be talking to your HR over this.

On a budget ,big family? Best place to go in our household especially for frozen food. Cheaper then Iceland and more deals to be had.We tend to go once a month to do a big shop, food will last about 6weeks in our house hold. Sign up with email and you get coupons sent to discount your bill. Fab stuff.

I have never been impressed on the few occasions I have been into a Farm Foods shop but this one was very different. A large shop. Clean and bright and easy to move around with an excellent selection of goods. Staff quick to serve too.
