I recently visited Top Smoke and was helped by their new employee, Rebecca. I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed by her level of service and attention to detail. She greeted me with a warm smile and immediately made me feel welcome in the store. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and care.Not only was Rebecca helpful in finding the products I needed, but she also made great recommendations for me to try. Her willingness to listen to my preferences and offer tailored suggestions really set her apart from other employees I've encountered at head shops.Overall, my experience with Rebecca was fantastic. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience at the store. I highly recommend Top Smoke and especially the excellent customer service provided by Rebecca. She's definitely an asset to the store and I look forward to my next visit.
