Rooftime

Despite offering a 15 year warranty, after only 6 years I have tiles sliding out of place along a gulley. Tim is not remedying this and no longer replying to my phone calls or emails. The registered address is no longer used by Rooftime.

Tim & his team completed a loft conversion on my house in Cheadle during the summer of 2015. Tim was very easy to deal with from start to finish & was always available for updates and amendments to the build no matter how small the requests were. The project was carried out in a very professional manner with minimal disruption for the duration & was delivered on time and on budget. Rooftime replaced our roof, flat roof and cladding at the end of 2016. The price was very reasonable, the workmanship seemed to be good but there were some finishing off jobs which were never completed despite repeated phone calls and texts to the company and promises to come and fix the problem. Since then we have noticed 3 broken tiles caused by the scaffolding used for the rendering. Under the guarantee we expected these to be replaced but after numerous phone calls and texts and again promises to come and fix it, nothing has been done. It is a shame that the lack of after sales service has made us lose faith in this company.
