I joined a new company that uses Nest and needed information from Nest about the fund my contribution will go into after I have been enrolled , in order to avoid conflict of interest with my partner's job. I have 3 other pensions and have never had issues receiving this information before. Never in my wildest dreams could I imagine the pain Nest would put me and my company's HR team though. After 7 weeks of countless calls and email correspondence, they are still unable to provide an answer. I have never dealt with more incompetent company. STAY WELL CLEAR.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!TERRIBLE PENSION SCHEME!!I left my previous job 18 months ago and I am still unable to move my NEST pension to my new pension scheme. They have a ridiculous amount of red tape and useless documentation.The pension provided was terrible financially, my new pension is at least 3 times better.

Your stereotypical government pension scheme where they make you run from pillar to post when one tries to transfer their pension pot via QROPS or other means. No concept of customer service and accountability, and seem to just have one person on their payroll named Richard Hardy who reeks of sheer incompetence

Absolute jokers! I keep logging in for them to take the money and Surprise surprise they don't take it. Then I get a email from them saying that they will report me to pension regulator. Low and behold after numerous conversations with them trying to get it paid they reported me!! So now I have a fine for £400!!! They are not getting away with this. Disgusting and ridiclous service....if that's what you want to call them!

Number one FRAUD pension company in the UK. I have no idea how they got access to my income and automatically they added their service. I didn't take it seriously. But in the end, I tried to stop it and the process was horrible! I asked them to give me a refund and their answer was a NO"! Everyone should report this company. They're stealing people's money!"

Ok its the company's information is not the easiest to navigate and the online interface is from the dark ages, but as a non-pensions expert, with a bit of effort and support from their customer service team, I was able to get my company set up and my colleagues enrolled. The employer doesn't pay anything upfront for the services and the fees levied on the pension pots are less than some of the swisher competitors. Definitely could be improved, but it could be a lot worse.

They are robbing peoples money. They took £74.52 from my hard earned money. Disgraceful professional thieves. They also said once i cancel it will not renew for another 3 years yet it renewed one year later. Avoid at all cost people.

I'm not happy with nest pension 9 years of the saving money for my pension has gone without any good reason and they telling me your company pay and me I don't a pay and the system is automatically enrolment act 2008 that means they your money automatically from your payslips if you want to stop pay we need to write to them but me I was a member of nest pension from 2013 and finally I have 60 years old I find my money gone. Without any explanation

Would give 0 stars if possible. They set me up without my consent, then gave me 4 weeks to opt out of their scheme. I missed the opt out period, and don't want a pension and want a refund, they then told me that I can't close the account or refund me and told me I'm not allowed my money back till I'm 55 (31 years away)! I also sent in a complaint and never received a reply, just seems like a scam of a company to me.

Dreadful service. Each representative contradicts the previous ones and they appear not to understand the difference between an annuity and a pension OR read the content of the secure messages sent to them. Awful!
