Very quick service. My phone is completely dead . Samsung store said buy a new phone . I come to The Fone Shop . They Fix my dead mobile in same day . I recommend to all people go that shop and save your mobile . I specially thanks to Varun they fix my mobile and save my data .

Would give it 0 stars if possible. AVOID. Got my phone screen fixed here as I’d cracked the bottom corner. The phone still worked perfectly I just didn’t like how it looked. Got the phone back and had a glass screen protector put on. The phone screen was awful, it kept zooming in and out when I was scrolling on safari, the bottom right of the screen sometimes didn’t work at all and you can’t video on snapchat because it would cut off as if you weren’t touching the screen and flip between front and back camera. I took it back and they removed the glass screen protector in case that was causing the issues. It wasn’t that. I went back again and they told me they would replace the screen. The phone still didn’t work. I took it to Apple and they confirmed it was a badly replaced screen and wouldn’t take it as a trade in. In the end I had to buy a whole new phone because I couldn’t use my phone for anything I needed it for. Avoid this shop at all costs, waste of money and time!

I bought iPhone 11Pro at very reasonable price, below other shops.I experienced the customer service was excellent. I’m very satisfied with friendly worm welcoming service.I recommend to anyone to use this fone shop for repair at very low costs.

Don’t trust these people, the man agreed a price with me of £15 all in for a minor repair and a brand new iPhone cable, he told me to return in 15 minutes to collect, when I returned he changed his tune and said he wanted £15 for the repair and £10 for the cable, I immediately objected and said you told me it was £15 for the repair and the cable and he retorted, just give me £20 which I obliged cos I’d had a long day and couldn’t be bothered to argue, but the fact he changed the price after the repair angered me. It’s only £10 extra but it’s the principle, Be a man of your word and not some desperate conman. You’ll get more customers by being honest. Avoid at all costs, there are numerous phone shops in Bedford so please avoid this one!

Went in to get my phone fixed, it was fixed within 20 min, excellent customer service, I would recommend it everyone who wants to get their phone fixed and they have all accessories for mobile phones, must visit

Zero stars!! Had my phone for two days, it wasn't ready when I came to pick it up. Came back the next day and was given the phone saying it was repaired but it has stopped working completely. Was told they need more time to look into the issue so I came back the next day and they tried to charge me £100, when it was agreed the price would be £65. After a week of having the phone back, the screen has lines going down it which shows it hasn't been repaired properly. Definitely avoid this shop!

AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I would give it no stars if I could! I came in a few months ago for a screen fix on my iPhone 7 but they actually made it worse. Although it is no longer cracked, it has some weird yellow spot in the corner of the screen. The screen is also SO DULL and the colours don' t pop at all. looks awful now. Don't be lured by the cheap prices like me as it is cheap for a reason. They charged me 30 pounds but I would expect to be given 30 pounds for that sort of screen to be put on my phone. He also charged me 15 pounds for a case which fell apart by just holding it. I bought a 10x better case for a quid at Poundland. The man also had the nerve to put on a screen protector I didn't ask for and charged me a fiver for that. The guy is very confusing as well and is hard to understand.

Daughters phone screen was replaced. Good service and cheaper than other stores however phone was not ready when I was told it would be, which caused an unnecessary trip and their phone line did not connect

Don't shop here. These people are liar's. Bought a screen protector from here and had for less than a month. Had a crack. Took it back and guys behind the desk refuse to replace. Screen protector had guarantee but they would not replace. Gave so many false excuse. Never reccomend this place.

I have best experience to repair my phone . The man can do very good job . I specially thanks to varun they fix my screen 20 minutes. The man is very well trained and i feel friendly. I recommend to all of them if you want fast and friendly service than go to The Fone Shop.
