Ive been here many times over the years The previous time the guy, I believe his name was Wayne, was very helpful and assisted me in fixing my own machine as I couldnt be without it for the time it would be with them. Excellent knowledge he had and couldnt have done more to help. Sadly Ive been there recently and the experience was very different The new guy took great delight in telling me that they wouldnt touch my machine. Offered no further help or suggestions as to how to get it even diagnosed. A very disappointing experience. I wont be using them again. A shame that they are now going the same way as many other businesses, unhelpful and disinterested
