Very helpful. Fast service. Had a quick look while I was there in the afternoon, set a time the next day to expect response. Contacted me earlier than arranged. Was very honest and recommended not to fix phone as too much damage. Will return again!

I needed to have my iPhone screen replaced because I dropped it and the screen had gone completely black. It was Bank Holiday Monday and the Roman Road shop was open. Ali carried out the repair. He was extremely courteous. The repair was carried out very well and due to a price change that day was cheaper than I expected. I am very grateful to him for his help in fixing this issue and would have no hesitation in recommending Gadget Exchange and Ali’s work in particular.

The service on a 12ProMax screen repair felt above and beyond. Noticed a software issue that occurred when I dropped my phone and cracked the screen and sorted both well. Really knowledgable team and fair prices considering the expertise.

Recently took my PS5 in as I was getting no picture. Turns out it was the hdmi port. Very happy with the repair, it’s now working like new. Very good prices and was ready in 2 days. Defo recommend.

They pick and choose when they want to show up for work. Twice, I’ve had parcels delivered to this ‘establishment’. The first time I went there, no one was in the shop even though it was meant to be open. The second time, the guy was leaving the show as I arrived. It was 1pm on a Friday and I told him I have to pick up a package. He said they’re closed, and they close at 1pm on Fridays. I checked online- they don’t. He told me he would be back at 2pm. I went back at 2pm and he was not there. I waited until 3pm cause I needed the package that evening. He did not show up. This is a joke of a business and the staff have no respect for customers time / lives.Adding to my previous comment above as i can't seem to reply to your response below. Please share which terms you're speaking of. There are no terms. online, you are supposed to be open every day from 10am - 6:30pm every day except Sunday. on TWO separate occasions, you were not there when the shop was meant to be open. Whilst you are entitled to go and pray, the business should still be operating during it's operating hours and there should be someone else in store covering in your absence. You should not leave customers waiting outside for you for hours. You being the only one working at the store is not the customer's problem- if you are under-staffed, then update your opening hours on your website so you are not misleading customers and wasting our time- we have things to do as well. And yes, i will certainly use another service as yours is useless.
