I have greatly improved my cardio fitness since my first visit in October 2022. I highly recommend the CardioHub.Clive set me an individualised twice-weekly program to follow, then benchmarks my progress every six weeks with a sub-maximal VO2 Max test and adjusts the schedule to keep the level of improvement coming.The science is also fascinating, and Clive knows his stuff, and is always happy to impart knowledge in a way I understand.
