Absolutely top drawer. Elaine is lovely, friendly & really knows her stuff.Parked right outside, Elaine fixed my Henry issue quickly and for a very good price. Always pays to use an expert, and she's definitely one.Highly recommend, and will continue to use.

Brilliant and pleasant service. Took my Hoover cleaner on Monday as it had stopped working. Collected it Tuesday,, switch replaced. Price £15. How do they do it ? Thanks Elaine and all concerned !

Recently got our shark hoover repaired after the wheels weren’t working, our hoover now works well again and smells great! Will defo be using this service again, reasonable price as well!

Me and my partner recently took our Dyson hoover as it suddenly gave up. They managed to sort the issue at a great price and gave us some helpful tips to keep the hoover in tip top shape. Great Service.

Excellent and quick service.My hoover had stopped working due to a wire coming loose inside.Had a quick look myself but this needed a professional looking.Repair sorted within 2 days £16.00 bargain.thanks

I took in my old cordless Vax cleaner thinking that the on/off switch had failed. It turned out that the battery was totally dead and unable to be recharged. The staff were totally honest and did not charge us a penny for diagnosing the real problem. Amazing customer service

Absolutely brilliant service. I needed my Dyson serviced and cleaned all very last minute and they were only too happy to help! When I received it back it was sanitised and cleaned thoroughly. Would highly recommend!
