Coombes Farm Tours

Really lovely Easter Sunday treat. Adults only session. We saw 2 ewes give birth. Stroked lots of lambs. Had lovely cuddles with two of them. All the girls at Coombes farm are so knowledgeable and friendly. Even supplied a hot drink at the end! Wear something warm as can get abit chilly. Thankyou for such an enjoyable experience

Such a shame stupid health and safety rubbish has put pay to petting the animals this year we have been for years and really enjoyed it ( hence the 4stars) the kids were slightly upset with how things had to be this year, no fault of the farm who still offered tractor rides etc as usual. There is a a cracking old church right next door that is a must see

Amazing wedding venue, had the most wonderful day, on-site camping for our guests. Huge venue so you can invite everyone. The staff are wonderful and the bar was so reasonable. Couldn't have chosen a more perfect place in the quiet countryside!

Me and my mum took my daughter for the first time to see the lambs , she absolutely loved it , it was lovely to see how the farm works and seeing all the lambs , we also saw a calf as well. When we arrived , we didn't have to wait long in the queue to book ourselves in as I precooked only , I also took my daughters old baby bottles with me for the staff to feed the lambs that need to be bottle fed , the staff were so grateful for the bottles, we also did the tractor ride around a couple of the fields and saw more eof the lambs in the fields and there could of possibly of been some more calfs. We had a brilliant time and already thinking about going again next year .

Absolutely loved it, had a fantastic time.The scenery was beautiful on the way up there very pleasant drve. Had a lovely time with our 2½Yr old son and his cousin's the lambs were so cute and the staff were so friendly and polite. Even got a chance to hold a baby lamb it was such great fun for all the family young and old. We are Definitely going again next year and recommending to other to go along!

Lovely well run and organised farm for the kids to come and see the lambs and calves. Plenty of parking and really friendly staff who are happy to explain things and answer questions. Lots of stations to wash hands and a big cafe to have a cup of tea, coffee and cake at when you've finished. Highly recommended.

A lambing farm in beautiful Sussex. You can sit in one of the pens with the lambs. Only £3 for Adults & £2 for Children so this makes it one of the cheapest ones around. There is a shop with cafe & also an ice cream van.

Great visit to genuine working farm in lambing season. Staff very friendly & informative - I learnt a lot and the children enjoyed meeting lambs. Some were just an hour and half old!! (Bites knuckle!)Also young calves and chickens were a bonus. Very reasonably priced ice cream van went down well.All in all had a great time. Given 4 stars as I didn’t get to actually cuddle a lamb which I did last time I went to a lambing thing though that was about twice the price and I’m not sure how good that is for the lambs…??Thanks Coombes!

We had such a fun day on the farm. We took our 10 month old son who loved every minute; the sights, sounds and smells of the farm were wonderful. Highly recommended.

Visited this area and the pretty Coombe church. Lots of visitors seen at the farm and exploring the adjacent fields by tractor rides. Good experience for children.
