Excellent service

I visited this business on Monday 9 August looking for a quote for some repair work on my Volvo V40. Upon arrival I was greeted by a nice chap called Lee. Lee quoted me for the work that I wanted done, this quote was fair but I told Lee that I would go away and think about it and I would be in contact. A short while later I contacted Lee and told him that I would like to go ahead and get the work done. Lee advised me that the earliest date available for this work to be done was 11 October. Due to my work commitments I was unsure whether I could commit to this date so I told Lee to pencil" me in for this date
