We went to take some household waste and other bits today and the staff were so friendly and helpful! They're currently running at less capacity/availability of waste types but we managed to get rid of 9/10 bits we had brought with us! And a small reasonable charge for concrete.I don't know the ladies name but she had short blonde hair and maybe in her 40s and she was extremely helpful and understanding of my anxiety so thank you so much!

All changed. All new. Easy to find. Easy to park. Most of the containers are on the same level so there's no walking up steps. Very easy to park. Lots of room it's clean and tidy. Well set out clear signs where to put items. Lots of different bins is also recycling centre there where you can buy old bikes, bits, furniture, toys, games, TVs. Everything you want cheap, well sign posted easy to get out of

Staff walking around texting with headphones in. Digger drivers not raising digger feet before moving so watched them plough up a load of tarmac and a drain..... dangerous site to be in!

Staff are generally helpful and friendly but the lady at the gate was very rude because I had not booked in advance. Fair enough to be turned away but not cool to be unnecessarily rude and speaking condescendingly. Also, please drop the ‘darling’ when you don’t know people that way.5 star for the general service.

I love the booking in system here and everything is just so easy, from booking in online to arriving and leaving. Always someone on hand to point you in the right bin direction! So much better to have an allocated time; it means less cars and people and less waiting. Keep up the good work and thank you for your help!

Went today Sunday 13th August.. A big change around for sure I don't think it's as efficient as planned due to health and safety plans differ but anyway Emma was a darling and helped all out kudos to her

Why is it closed on a Wednesday? And why still use a booking system? It was perfectly fine before covid when you could just turn up. Now you’ve kept it and it’s a pain in the back side! That goes for both Ipswich dumps!

The booking system has made trips to the tip so much easier. Today I found myself needing help not with the objects I was getting rid of but with my car, as upon leaving my battery was flat and car wouldn’t start. Staff were really helpful and James went and got his own car and jump leads to help start my car. Very grateful!!

Can’t get over the improvement to this site which (when we visited today) was incredibly convenient, spacious and well-equipped and organised, with friendly, conscientious staff.
