I ordered my passport for an emergency trip to see family. I needed an earlier flight than expected so after being passed around I was eventually put through to a passport department and spoke to a really calm, professional and extremely helpful gentleman who had my passport in my hand within the hour Brilliant service.

I am here freezing and the person here thinking she is doing me a favour. Terrible experience, was here to get my BRP. She left without attending to me. Don’t go here if you need help.

The worst delivery company ever. I even don't know why the Passport Office still send so important documents with them. I had to ring them and to insist on my passports to receive it. Every time i had to argue with them at the depo as they don't want to give me my documents. Your delivery driver even don't stop at my door, i saw the car always and he still don't want to deliver my documents. They still have my son birth certificate and is impossible to speak with the customer service. What is wrong with this people??? This is the main problem, all of them deserve 0 star, how you people working like this and waste money and time for customers??

Parcel should be delivered on Thursday, I have waited until late evening just in case. On Friday I obtained the shipment number from the seller and found our that there were already two attempts to deliver but nobody was at home so they are waiting for me to contact them. No we missed you card" has been left. I have arranged collection from the TNT depot for Monday (the earliest possible day) for items needed for weekend which was already gone. The depot in Nottingham is IMHO unsuitable for collection in person. First of all the car park for customers collecting parcels was full

Waiting for a passport delivery which has to be signed for. Had two delivery dates already when they have taken the passport back to the depot without knocking on the door. Waited in 8am till 8pm for delivery and also had other successful deliveries on these dates from Royal Mail and DPD. When trying to ring to find out what happened I waited over a hour on hold and still couldn't talk to anyone. Appalling service from a firm who have the government contract for delivery of passports. Bring back Royal Mail.

Absolutely ridiculous I’m currently waiting for my fast track passport. They “attempted” to deliver my passport (I live in accommodation) and did not receive a call or anything that they were here; no card to say that I missed them. When I click on the tracking page to sort out my delivery times nothing comes up. No number nothing literally impossible to contact apart from that dreadful 0800 number they have up which conveniently is an 0800. Please for the love of God do not use this company

Couldn’t work out how to get in to drop off my parcel! But very friendly security let me in, once in was met by a member of staff who took my package! Very friendly, but Fort Knox security ;)

It's been difficult to get the direct number initially (and the automatedline is very frustrating), but after that it's just a matter of talking to the right person. Talked to Trem in the 'main' depot, he was so helpful. My docs was UKVI, he connected me to the team who deals with Passports BRPs etc. Paul Harrison is the guy you need to talk to if it's an immigration document. Top man he is; rescheduled a re-delivery for me same evening despite shortage of drivers. Very efficient. Cheers

I wish I could give no stars at all. TNT have had my passport at this depot for over 9 days. You keep changing the delivery dates to your convenience and no explanation to me. I am DESPERATE for my passport. I am so so desperate and yet nobody answers the phone or responds to twitter, emails facebook, tell, trustpilot,or your calls. I was on hold for 2 hours 3 days in a row and no answer!!!at all. I am now reporting yout to HMPO for mishandling my important document PLUS IDENTITY THEFT!**UPDATE **I was asked to go and collect the passport myself from Rotherham depot and guess what??? There was a queue of people collecting their passports. Shame in you TNT..RUBBISH!!!
