Phenomenal, had our Pomeranian neutered. We got regular updates and they gave him lots of attention and even sent me photos through WhatsApp!Fantastic vets! Very concise and helpfully with the after care, couldn’t recommend enough!!

amazing vets and extremely kind and caring in difficult times. i brought my cat in and our vet was kind and compassionate and assured us greatly that we did the right thing and that they did everything they could. we were made aware of costs which i appreciated and they weren’t overbearing with letting us know either. badger was well loved and looked after in the short time he spent there.

Use for groomers mainly, vet companion needs much improvement. Compared to Just for Pets quality and product need to increase. Staff very friendly. Laura from grooming is excellent.

Attentive and friendly staff. I got my cat neutered and microchipped for just £10 with a cats trust voucher. I was very happy with the treatment my pet had here, they called regularly to give updates while my cat was under their care, and they will check up via WhatsApp or in person 5 days after operations to make sure everything is healing nicely. I suggest you use this vet. :)

I hope this reaches Vets 4 Pets team, me and my mum had to bring in my dog Dyson into yous. We were welcomed by Emily Dyson felt so welcomed and we were really taken care of Emily was so polite and had a lovely smile thankfully he is healthy now the vets were superb and very thorough Emily was perfect could not fault her.

Brilliant vets, I rang up to book an appointment for my cat who was not very well and got seen very quickly. On arrival they seemed very friendly and the vet that dealt with my poorly cat was very polite and explained all options to me and how much it would cost. Unfortunately it wasn't to be and I had to have my cat put down, but the vet was very respectful and caring which helped in this sad process. Will definitely be using this vets again. Yesterday I took my nervous dog and equally nervous wife to see Sandra for an intermittent limp she had developed. Neither of them react well to being poked and prodded and it was decided it would be safest for everyone if we muzzled her (the dog, not the wife). Sandra was able to put them both at ease and was very thorough in her examination and explanation of what might be causing the issue. Advice was given on claw clipping and medication was prescribed. This was processed swiftly by the pharmacy desk and advice was given on how to administer this. The whole team were very friendly and made what could have been a very stressful experience much more pleasant.

My Chameleon had escaped and sadly was attacked by our ferrets. I rang the out of hours in a panic thinking the worst at the time. The receptionist on the phone (I did not catch her name) was incredibly friendly and understanding of the situation. They informed me straight away an emergency appointment would be £250. It is very understandable and as an animal mum I would have paid anything to get him seen. Especially being an exotic animal, it'd incredibly hard to find vets who will treat them. Miguel who was the Vet surgeon is an absolute angel! He agreed to treat and operate on my chameleon who had already lost two limbs, and actually gave him a chance. This is not something many people would even attempt to operate on due to how sensitive reptiles are. He was great in explaining the risks associated and the aftercare. A week on and I can say despite the chances being slim, he survived and is learning to adapt to life after the accident. This is all down to the fast action from Miguel and his team! I could not thank them enough. thank you for giving him a chance!

Had a consult then was told needed loads tests but seemed to not tell the price until you go back to reception desk. I said i could not pay in full and was told go away and come back when you have the money. Seem to care more about being paid than the pets health. Fees quoted were like half elsewhere. Moved all my pets from these heartless money grabbers. I guess they will cry to google and have this removed as dont like the truth being told

I have a giant breed and he can be anxious sometimes as the breed can be. The staff are beyond helpful and beyond caring. All the staff are always kind and welcoming to me and my boy and further more have always taken great care in putting my mind at ease and looking after my lad.A vet named Jenni puts so much effort into being caring for both pet and owner. And even though the treatment journey is not over I could not be more appreciative.Wonderful service.
