Ali is so lovely & knowledgeable, she puts you at ease immediately.I called in on recommendation for the raw food for my dog. Not only are they reasonably priced, there isn't anything Ali doesn't know about her brands & will guide you all the way.The shop is well laid out, with an excellent variety of stock for all pets & Ali makes you feel so welcome, I feel like I have known her for years already!I definitely recommend :)

Good range of items and if they dont have what you need, they will get it for you. And they deliver locally free. Open all through lockdown too. Great place, great service and friendly staff.

Great shop we use it twice a week for Dog food, parrot food & rabbit food the prices are very keen we save a good few Bob compared to what we used to pay at pets at home not only that Alli the owner is very friendly.

Fabulous friendly shop if you anything Ali will always get it in for you if she can my 4 are raw fed and it's great being able to buy it when needed and the 100 per cent natural treats are a hit in our house

Such lovely people who go out of their way to help you. I trialed my pooch on raw food to see if he takes to it before I bulk buy and the guy took his time to advise me on what to do, the amount to give him and what to expect after changing my dogs food. Definitely 5 stars from me ☺️
